| Our counrty met with olive production total 81 province %45(36 province). There are olive area 595 thousand on Turkey,total agriculture areas % 2 and vineyard_garden areas %22.There are olive grove appoximate %75 on mountainous countryside areas.In Turkey grain olive consumption was more half (%55) as from 2001,respectively Aydın (%24) ,Balıkesir (%17) and İzmir (%14).
